Water, it's good for you!

Its important to get the right amount of fluids into your body. Do you really need to drink eight glasses of water?
The body is nearly two-thirds water so it is really important to consume enough fluid to stay hydrated and therefore healthy.
Generally you should drink 6-8 glasses of fluid a day i.e. 1.2litres. Water is the best choice of fluids to drink as it contains no calories and doesn't damage your teeth. Things like coffee and tea stain your teeth. Milk is a good alternative containing protein and calcium which is good for your teeth and bones.
Food also contains water, so eat plenty of watermelon, cucumber or tomato.
